According to the public relations office of Iranian Fisheries Science Research Institute (IFSRI), a title of achievement of exploitation of genetic resources and two titles of documentation and publications and a title of information and data of the genetic resources of top Fisheries Research Institute researchers in the celebration of World Biodiversity Day on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 in a virtual ceremony held at the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO), were selected as follows:
- For the best achievement of exploitation of genetic resources: guideline for sustainable exploitation of aquatic species in Persian Gulf and Oman Sea - Author: Seyyed Aminullah Taghavi Motlagh
- Guilan Province Fish Introduction Book - Author: Keyvan Abbasi Ranjbar in collaboration with Mehdi Moradi and Alireza Mirzajani
-Biological biodiversity of native and non-native invasive species with a view to climate change book - Authors: Mahnaz Rabbaniha and Fereydoun Oufi
- Aquatic Genetic Resources Database - Author: Majid Otoofat Shamsi in collaboration with Homayoun Hosseinzadeh Sahafi, Touraj Vali Nasab, Nima Pourang and Fereydoon Oofi
