According to the public relations office of Inland Waters Aquaculture Research Institute - Gilan, 700,000 pieces of Tata carp larvae were stored in one of the earthen ponds of Fouman (Shulam) hydroponic fish breeding research station for the production of juveniles and pre-breeders. This step was taken based on the project of artificial reproduction of Tata carp and production of the first generation of this species.
