According to the public relations office of Persian Gulf and Oman Sea Ecology Research Institute - Bandar Abbas, in the International Conference on Desalination and Water Treatment, Dr. Siamak Behzadi, a faculty member of the research institute, presented his research paper entitled "Assessing the population structure of benthos communities affected by desalination plants" In Persian Gulf (Case Study, Qeshm Island) which was selected as the best article of the conference at the closing ceremony of the conference.
