The joint meeting was held with the aim of cooperating to hold technical and vocational training standards in the field of fisheries and creating home - based jobs for nomadic applicants and coastal villagers. The meeting was held in the presence of Dr. Ajdari, the head of the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center, the head of the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of Chabahar and the head of the Chabahar Department of Tribal Affairs and the representatives of the Department of Fisheries of the province. In this meeting, Dr. Ajdari introduced the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center and presented a report on the results of research projects. Referring to the scientific and research capabilities of the researchers of the center, he announced his readiness to cooperate in training courses on fisheries standards in the coastal region. Dr. Ajdari emphasized at this meeting on the skills training for new fishing and mariculture jobs and the fisheries extension programs in the village to use the potential capacities based on the results of fisheries research and extension projects of this center to create new job opportunities for rural residents and coastal nomads. Dr. Jamshidi, the head of the Chabahar Department of Tribal Affairs, stated that they will provide all required training infrastructure for nomadic people who wish to participate in training courses and they will perform the necessary cooperation. At this joint meeting, the head of the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of Chabahar welcomed the plans and facilities of the research center and emphasized on the new educational standards. Given the potential of the center, he said that the provision of capable trainers from the experts of the research center for training and skills courses will be pursued. He called for the cooperation of the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center in order to hold skill courses using the aquaculture workroom space in the form of a memorandum of understanding. Also, after discussion and exchange of views, it was decided that the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center should prepare two proposals for the pilot project of integrated farming of microalgae and Artemia and the value - added coastal fishing methods with the aim of selling live aquatic organisms in coastal villages and nomadic houses located on the edge of the Lipar Lagoon. It was decided that at the next meeting during the next week, the participants will decide on how to implement and provide funding.
