The first meeting of the production assistants in the province was held in the coordinating office for agricultural extension in the presence of the heads, the secretaries and the certain researchers from the research centers and research institutes as well as the executive departments of the Organization of Agriculture – Jahad. During the meeting, Dr. Mostafavi Rad, the secretary of the working group, explained the implementation process of the National Production Assistants Plan. Then, the representatives of each center expressed their suggestions in this regard. At the meeting, it was decided that after the issuance of the notification for the members of the working group by the head of the Agricultural Research Education and Extension Organization, the secretariat of this working group will be formed at the research center. The problems of farmers and exploiters should be received by the Organization of Agriculture – Jahad in each city and reflected to the secretariat. The secretariat is also required to categorize problems and hold regular meetings and take the necessary steps to remove obstacles. At the end, it was decided to send the resolutions of the meeting to the head of the Organization of Agriculture – Jahad of the province and, in his opinion, to take action to solve the existing problems including the problem of providing the necessary funding.
