Pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on Regulation of Part of Government Regulations and according to the latest decree of the Documentation Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad in 2019 - 2020 to visit the area under the control of the research center affiliated to the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute to document real property, a delegation visited the Shahid Motahari Genetics and Breeding Research Center of Coldwater Fish - Yasuj. Mr. Manouchehr Mirzaei, the head of the documentation group of government agencies and transfer of national and state lands of the Forests, Range and Watershed Management Organization, Mr. Farham Jalili and Mr. Borzoo Hassan Pour as well as Mr. Kavous Hassan Zadeh from the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer - Ahmad Forests, Range and Watershed Management Organization, Mr. Farjam Nazeri, the general manager of legal affairs of the organization, and Mr. Mohsen Ghodrat Beigi, the person in charge of registration and documentation of real property on behalf of the Agricultural Research Education and Extension Organization, Mr. Abbas Tavakol, the person in charge of contracts and documentation and Mr. Siamak Iran Pour, the head of technical and engineering office on behalf of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute participated in the visit. Due to the fact that the project has been fully implemented and its location is enclosed and there are no objections, in implementing Resolution 248 of the Presidential Documentation Committee, it was suggested that the conditions be announced to the General Administration of State Property and Securities of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance through the Forests, Range and Watershed Management Organization in order to issue the certificate of paragraph (d) of Article 26 of the Executive Law on State Property.
