The seventh meeting of the selected experienced experts working group was held at the session hall of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute. Dr. Bahmani, the director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute, welcomed the guests and introduced the MAGFA ITDC (Information Technology Development Center) and pointed out to the potential of cooperation between the institute and the MAGFA Company in the field of intelligence in aquaculture farms. He noted the importance of big data and stressed the need to integrate the existing fisheries systems. It was decided to hold a specialized meeting with the presence of the managers and deputy directors of the institute and the MAGFA Company about the current situation of fisheries in the fields of information technology, technological needs and the method of participation of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute with the MAGFA Company in implementing technological projects. In the course of the meeting, the Technology Studies Institute of the Presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran was introduced by the head of the institute and the potential for strategic cooperation between the above mentioned institute and the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute in the fields of futures studies and strategic programs was emphasized. Also, during the meeting, two proposals on the joint project between the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute and the Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center were examined and the overall content of these projects was approved by the working group after the amendments. At the end of the meeting, the method of transferring technical knowledge for the production of the shrimp probiotic technology products was examined and the participants expressed their opinions.
