The ceremony was held at the session hall of the secretary of state on the theme of coordinating the institutions and organizations for the anniversary of Islamic Revolution in the Fajr decade in the province, the extensive participation in the eleventh elections of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the third festival of top public relations of the province. First, Mr. Yousefi, the deputy director of information and news of the Islamic Republic of IranBroadcasting in Golestan Province, delivered a speech on how public relations officials in the organizations should communicate to the public and their most important tasks.Mr. Cheraghali, the deputy governor of political, security and social affairs, also spoke on the forthcoming elections of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the blessed Fajr decade as well as the 41st anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution. At the end, Dr. Hagh Shenas, the governor of Golestan Province, gave a lecture on how the media and public relations should spread news. The winners in various parts of the festival were honored.
