The decree states: "In accordance with the internal by - laws of the Scientific - Technical Committee of the Institute and with respect to your scientific background and managerial experience, you are hereby appointed as the Secretary of the Scientific - Technical Committee of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute. Hope you will be successful in achieving the supreme goals of the Institute with the help of God Almighty and in cooperation with other committee members."
