Dr. Nima Pourang was appointed by Dr. Mahmoud Bahmani as the successor to deputy director of research and technology of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute.The new decree states: "Considering your useful scientific background, valuable experience and extensive knowledge about the missions and responsibilities as well as challenges facing the fisheries and aquaculture sub - sector in the country, you are hereby appointed as the successor to deputy director of research and technology of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute upon the recommendation of the deputy director of research and technology with my agreement."Here is another part of the decree:"The pursuit and action to advance the research goals of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute and to align scientific processes at the level of affiliated research centers and research institutes with the use of modern science and technology are among the issues that should be addressed. Hope you will be successful under the supervision of the deputy director of research and technology with the help of God Almighty and in cooperation with all the managers, researchers and thinkers of the institute as well as the affiliated research centers and research institutes in coordinating research affairs and other assigned tasks."
