On the occasion of the Research Week, the extension workshop with the title of "Principles of Research, Extension and Education" was organized by Dr. Mohammad Sadegh allahyari, the associate professor of the Islamic Azad University – Rasht Branch. In this workshop, attended by the researchers of the National Inland Water Aquaculture Institute, basic concepts of agricultural extension, the purpose and method of communication among the researches and promoters as well as exploiters and the effective communication models were presented. It should be noted that the workshop is one of the anticipated workshops of the institute in order to empower researchers to more effectively play a role in transferring research achievements to users.
