The farewell and introduction ceremony for the head of the Coldwater Fishes Research Center of Tonekabon was held at the center with the presence of Dr. Ghaed Nia, the deputy director of planning and support, Mr. Faezi, the
head of the security guard of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute and the staff of the Coldwater Fishes Research Center of Tonekabon on Monday, December 30, 2019. At the ceremony, Dr. Mohseni, the former head of the center, gave a brief explanation of the center's performance in carrying out research and construction projects as well as the funds allocated during his tenure. Then, Dr. Lashkari thanked the sincere efforts of Dr. Mohseni and provided a brief overview of the achievements of the Coldwater Fishes Research Center of Tonekabon since its inception and the progress of its ongoing research projects and the commitments of the research center in 2019 - 2020.Dr. Ghaed Nia explained the new process of approving research projects and how to allocate research, development and current budgets. Finally, the efforts of Dr. Mohseni during his tenure as the head of the Coldwater Fishes Research Center of Tonekabon were appreciated by presenting the certificate of appreciation and a gift. Dr. Saltanat Najjar Lashgari was appointed as the head of the Coldwater Fishes Research Center of Tonekabon by issuing a decree by Dr. Bahmani, the director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute.
