At the Scientific - Technical Committee meeting of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute, Dr. Mahmoud Bahmani cited the change in ratification process and called for serious consideration of the country's priorities and needs in the fisheries sector to make it a top priority for the researchers and solve the problems of exploiters and fishermen. These projects should be able to solve the problems of aquaculture exploiters and fishermen. Therefore, addressing the conceptualization by students and professionals in this field can be at the forefront of these projects. He must lead the Scientific - Technical Committee of the institute or have a group with him as a leadership team. Further communication with the Iran Fisheries Organization and the universities is another step that will help to advance the issues. In this regard, it is necessary to collect reports on projects implemented in universities and make it a database. At the end, it was decided to have a think - tank with the representatives from different parts of the institute to re - evaluate the projects.
