The second annual International Conference on Aquaculture and Fisheries was held on 14 and 15 October, 2019, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The articles were classified into three main sections including agriculture, animal
husbandry and aquaculture. The main topics covered in the articles were integrated farming, education and promotion, economics and product insurance, enhancing communication between retailers and businesses, threats and pathogens, nutrients in the aquatic ecosystem, greenhouse gases and climate change and boosting the immune system in farmed aquatic organisms. At the two - day conference, Ms. Asiyeh Makhloogh, the expert from the Caspian Sea Ecology Research Center, presented a paper on aquaculture and addressed algae threats in aquaculture in the southern Caspian Sea. At this conference, 17 countries from all over the world (including China, India, Thailand, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Singapore, Oman, Kuwait, Japan, Albania, Canada, Australia and Hungary) shared their scientific and promotional experiences. The highlight of the conference was the emphasis on the effective role of promoting and delivering scientific achievements through the creation of animation and its distribution to the exploiters and beneficiaries at various levels.
