Dr. Bahmani, the director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute, along with Dr. Taghavi, the consultant to the director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute, Dr. Hossein Zadeh, the deputy director of fisheries and aquaculture extension and transfer of research findings, and Dr. Oufi, the expert of the department of ecology of the institute, visited the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center, dated 10 November 2019.He visited the various parts of the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center and the progress of the reconstruction of the reproduction and production hall of aquatic organisms. The director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute provided valuable suggestions and recommendations for better implementation of scholar and research projects.Following this visit, a public meeting was held with the presence of Dr. Bahmani and the staff of the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Hosseini, the head of the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center,
welcomed them and provided an overview of the progress of the research activities of the center as well as the problems and shortcomings in the area, after which each of the colleagues expressed their views on various research and administrative areas.Dr. Bahmani thanked his colleagues and outlined the institute's priorities. He cited the institute's expectations from the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center to promote effective research and extension programs in various specialized fields.The director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute also pointed to the institute's efforts to address the problems and shortcomings within the framework of the programs outlined, and emphasized the need for integration, cooperation and participation of all colleagues.At the end, he indicated that in the next few days a joint meeting with the new academic members of the institute for the programs and missions of the institute should be held at the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute with the presence of the director of the institute.The director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Instituteand the head of the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center along with the accompanying delegation from the Ertebat Sabz Knowledge based Company managed by Dr. Amini, the expert from the Chabahar Offshore Fisheries Research Center, visited the shrimp mass production project.
