The meeting was attended by the strategic technologies laboratory network communicators from the laboratories of the affiliated research institutes and research centers with the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute. Dr. Ali Nikbakht, the general manager of laboratory affairs at the Amirkabir University of Technology, delivered a lecture on university laboratories, and then Dr. Mohsen Khajeh Zadeh, the manager of the Central Laboratory at the Amirkabir University of Technology, introduced the integrated laboratory service system of the Amirkabir University of Technology and announced the university's plan to provide extensive laboratory services to industry and knowledge-based companies. Dr. Reza Asadi Fard, the director of the strategic technologies laboratory network, mentioned that one of the requirements of globalization and entry into global markets is to provide high technology products with competitive pricing advantage. He said facilitating access to high-quality laboratory services was increasingly essential for the development of research. The director of the strategic technologies laboratory network emphasized the importance of
communicators in shaping communication and strengthening the structure of the laboratory network and stated the main capital of the laboratory network is its human resources. At the meeting of the strategic technologies laboratory network communicators, the top 16 communicators and 24 selected experts of the national laboratories were honored based on their performance in 2018 - 2019. In the second part of the meeting, the laboratory capabilities and equipment of the Amirkabir University of Technology were visited.
