Dr. Bahmani, the director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute, along with officials of the Caspian Sea Ecology Research Center met with Dr. Gholami Rad, the head of the Planning and Budget Organization of Mazandaran Province, to request provincial funding for the Gilan research vessel.Dr. Bahmani pointed to the importance of this vessel in carrying out fisheries governance, research studies and joint research patrols with other organizations.
