A joint meeting was held between the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute and the National Inland Water Aquaculture Institute with the presence of Dr. Bahmani, the director of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute, Dr. Seyed Mortezaei, the deputy director of the research and technology, Mr. Tavakol, the manager of the administrative and support affairs, and Mr. Rezvani, the manager of the office for budget and credit of the institute.Dr. Valipur, the head of the National Institute of Aquatic Plant's Institute of Waters, congratulated Dr. Bahmani on his appointment to the presidency of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute and welcomed him and the accompanying delegation, while appreciating the valuable efforts of Dr. Pourkazemi during his presidency.Dr. Valipur presented a brief overview of the research activities of the National Inland Water Aquaculture Institute and then introduced the colleagues present at the meeting.Dr. Bahmani emphasized the importance and necessity of the main mission in the activities. He emphasized that despite many problems, there
are many capacities to solve problems and efficient human resources are among the most important of these capacities. Dr. Bahmani emphasized the need for the mutual attention of the administrative system and human resources to the needs and capabilities of each other.He asked the attendees to express their problems and suggestions within the framework of their duties. In this regard, each of the managers, academic members and researchers present at the meeting expressed their views.He mentioned the most important points while reviewing the points of view. Dr. Bahmani provided explanations as appropriate, while expressing his hope for the continuation of these meetings at shorter intervals. He expressed satisfaction with the results of the meeting and conveyed his confidence in its fruitfulness.
