The training course with the title of Administrative Justice Act was held by Dr. Ahmadi, the academic member of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, at the session hall of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute with the presence of a group of managers from the departments of administrative affairs and support, planning and budget, financial and security as well as experts from the affiliated research centers and research institutes. In this training course, discussions were made on the general provisions of the Code of Administrative Justice of the Organization and Procedure of the Court of Justice, the introduction of the organization and purposes of the Court, the jurisdiction and the scope of powers, the guarantee of execution of the verdict issued by the Court, the general board of the Court and its powers and the qualifications under Paragraph 25 of the law of the Court.
