The third meeting of the working group of certified experts was held with the presence of the director and deputy directors of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute and members and heads of the Inland Waters Aquatic Stocks Research Center (Sari) and the Iranian Artemia Research Center. The meeting with the real time communication was held (Urmia) through video conferencing with the National Inland Water Aquaculture Institute (Bandar-e Anzali) and the South of Iran Aquaculture Research Center (Ahvaz). At the meeting, proposals for implementation and completion of technology development plans with the participation of the non-governmental sector and the sale of two technical knowledge resulted from the implementation of research projects related to Artemia were raised at the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute. It was decided to transfer technical knowledge to the non-governmental sector, after completing the technical and economic data, obtaining approvals and providing technical and economic documentation, and recording the CVs of the applicant companies, again to be considered with priority in the upcoming meeting. Regarding the proposal to "Participate in the production of larvae and juveniles of carp at the Fuman aquaculture station", it was decided to review the plan after revising the technical and economic calculations of the plan at a specialized meeting with special priority and after confirmation by the department of aquaculture and the department of aquatic biotechnology of the institute. In the course of the meeting, the proposal for "Omega-3 oil production at the Caspian Sea Ecology Research Center" was reviewed. It was decided that the project should be submitted with the necessary documentation to attract the participation of the Biotechnology Development Council of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology of the Presidency of
the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, the proposal for the participation of the Abzi Pajouhan Pishgam knowledge based Company was reviewed for implementation of the project "Tracking the shrimp derived from selective breeding of the selected vannamei shrimp broodstock" and it was decided to review the cooperation options with the company in the deputy of fisheries and aquaculture extension and transfer of research findings of the institute after providing economic calculations.
