Following the contract No. 47/11547 with the title of "Production of bio-silage from the rainbow trout byproducts" signed on December 21, 2018, between the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute and the Faradaneh Aquatic Animals Feed Company (one of the largest aquatic animal feed producer companies in the Middle East), the first joint meeting between researchers from the the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute (Dr. Ghaffari) and the Caspian Sea Ecology Research Center (Dr. Safari) with officials of the Faradaneh Aquatic Animals Feed Company - Shahr-e Kord, Mr. Maleki, the chief executive officer of Pazen Taraz Company, research and development manager, production manager and managers of different departments was held at the conference hall of the company. The optimal bio-silage production method was explained by Dr. Safari. The operational phase of the project will begin in late May 2019. At the end, the aquatic products processing line of Pazen Taraz Company and the quality control laboratories were also visited.
