The meeting was held between the Inland Waters Aquatic Stocks Research Center and the Department of Environment of the Golestan Province. At the meeting, research priorities and readiness to carry out research projects related to the coasts of the Golestan province, especially on the east coast which leads to the water outlet of the shrimp farming complex were announced. The international wetlands of the province, the Gulf of Gorgan and the Gorganrud River are also on the agenda of the Department of Environment. It was decided that the final prioritization should be announced to the center according to the research priorities of the Department of Environment. Moreover, it was decided that the capabilities of the central laboratory of the Inland Waters Aquatic Stocks Research Center should be announced to the Department of Environment of the province in order to consider the establishment of the reference laboratory for the monitoring studies at the Gomishan site.
