The training workshop on the formation and development of activities of knowledge-based and development-based companies was held with the presence of Dr. Waldan, the general manager of technology affairs of the Agricultural Research Education and Extension Organization, Dr. Hossein Zadeh, the deputy director of fisheries and aquaculture extension and transfer of research findings of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute, Dr. Asadpour, the head of the growth center for agricultural units of the Gilan Science and Technology Park, Dr. Ghaffari, the head of the department of biotechnology of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute, Ms. Rezaei, the head of the department of planning and monitoring of technology of the Agricultural Research Education and Extension Organization, Dr. Mohebi, the senior expert of the institute, managers, experts and some activists of private sectors active in the production and supply of various processed aquatic products. At the end, the production line and the technical - specialized facilities in the department of processing of aquatic products of the National Inland Water Aquaculture Institute – Gilan were visited. A draft contract for production that was provided for participation with the private sector was reviewed and finalized with necessary amendments.
