According to the coordination carried out by the Payame Noor University – Urmia branchfor a number of graduates in aquaculture and the environment, the professional course "Reproduction and production of Artemia" and the practical course "The culture of Artemia in ponds with geomembrane liners " were organized by Dr. Nekouei Fard, the head of the Iranian Artemia Research Center, in order to develop the Artemia production industry and create the necessary ground for the employment of graduates in this field. Following the presentation of the desired scientific contents, the graduates actually visited the equipment, laboratory capabilities, the modern methods of reproduction and production of Artemia in ponds with geomembrane liners andthe processing method of Artemia urimiana.
