The first meeting of the joint fisheries and aquaculture working group on extension plans for shrimp was held in the meeting room with the presence of Dr. Aghaei Moghaddam, the head of the Inland Waters Aquatic Stocks Research Center - Gorgan, secretary and experts of the fisheries and aquaculture working group on extension plans for shrimp, deputy director of the aquaculture department and experts from the relevant fisheries and aquaculture working group of the Department of Fisheries of the province, dated 14 April 2019. Dr. Aghaei Moghaddam reviewed some issues including the implementation of extension plans for shrimp (studying the possibility of Whiteleg shrimp farming in unconventional waters in the province and investigating the increase in Whiteleg shrimp production at the Gomishan site) and re-examining the area in terms of pollution and physicochemical factors after the recent flood in the region.
