Mr. Shirud Alikhani, themayorof Khorramabad, and Mr. Naghipour, the head of the city council of Khorramabad, along with Mr. Falaki Moghadam, the head of the Tonekabon Department of Fisheries, attended the Coldwater Fishes Research Center of Tonekabon on Monday, April 8, 2019, and visited research and construction activities, capabilities and research achievements. Dr. Mohseni, thehead of the center, and Dr. Lashgari, described the outstanding research activities in past years, especially in 2018-2019. Mr. Falaki Moghadam while referring to the first place of Tonekabon and Khorramabad in producing coldwater fish described the position, key role and impact of the center in the region and called for further support from the authorities for the continuation of research on coldwater fish, especially Salmo trutta caspius. The city authorities expressed their satisfaction with the activities performed and promised further cooperation.
