The head of the Caspian Sea Ecology Research Center, at the invitation of the Department of Natural Resources, attended a ceremony on the occasion of the Tree Planting Day. The ceremony was held with the efforts of the municipality, city council and the Department of Natural Resources in order to promote the tree planting culture and emphasize the importance and value of these natural resources of the city in the continuation of the tree planting movement and the implementation of the program of each house - a tree. The ceremony was held in the presence of the governor, the parliamentary representative, the members of the city council, the Organization of Agriculture- Jahad, the groups such as the Mehrvarzan Zamin Pak, the employees and subscribers of the Local Continuities Structures, as well as the respectable citizens of Sari. In this regard, some places of Qaemshahr Park in Sari were selected for planting, and after digging the pits and preparing a suitable place, many seedlings were planted. The authorities called for people to participate in this great work. On the occasion of the Tree Planting Day and the Natural Resources Week, approximately 2,500 Eucalyptus seedlings and decorative pine trees were planted by the staff of the Caspian Sea Ecology Research Center in the land of the research center.
