The specialized meeting of the working group on fisheries and aquaculture extension and transfer of fisheries research findings was held with the presence of Dr. Dashtian Nasab, the head of the Shrimp Research Institute of Iran, the head of the shrimp aquaculture development department in the Department of Fisheries of the province, the managing director of shrimp farmers union, the managing director of shrimp breeders union, the unions of different cities, the deputy director of aquaculture in the Mubarak Industrial Group, the head of the office of fisheries and aquaculture extension and committees affairs, the aquatic society of Bushehr Province, the experts, the managers of the various research departments of the institute and the working group on fisheries and aquaculture extension. Dr. Dashtian Nasab welcomed the participants and announced the readiness of the Shrimp Research Institute of Iran and experts and researchers to carry out fisheries and aquaculture extension activities and transfer of findings for sustainable development of aquaculture in Bushehr province. In the following, Dr. Ghavampour provided explanations for the problems of redhead in shrimp and prevention strategies for this complication. He mentioned that controlling the freezing, shrimp fishery, collecting, food establishments and stress are from the most important issues in the creation of redhead in shrimp.
