The language of the workshop was English and the lecturer was Dr. Eva .B. Thorstad from Norwegian Institute for Nature Research (NINA).The participants of the workshop were from littoral states of the Caspian Sea such as; Azerbaijan Republic, Turkmenistan Republic, Federative Republic of Russia and Islamic Republic of IRAN. During 4 days of the workshop, participants were get familiar by different tagging methods and discussed applicability of these methods to the Caspian Sea .At the end of the workshop; certificates were given to the participants.
